Dayanara Diaz joined »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ in June 2025 as a freshman admission counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and media from the University of Michigan, where she transferred after beginning her studies at community college.

As a proud first-generation college graduate, Diaz understands that student success is often shaped by complex factors outside of students’ control. Her own journey has strengthened her belief that education should be a bridge, not a barrier, and that every student deserves the tools and knowledge to move forward with confidence. In her role at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ, Diaz is dedicated to empowering students to take ownership of their college journeys while guiding them through the admission process and connecting them with resources for success.
